These little guys are a tiny bit of heaven. I love meringue and had never tried making these little cookies, but they are seriously amazing. I am just sure since they are light and fluffy, that they must be semi-healthy. 
I found the recipe over at Build Sew Reap, if you want the recipe.
That recipe made about 2 dozen for me. And they are a nice size.
I am so excited to add these to my anual cookie baking list, so pretty and actually easy too. Enjoy!!
