I am so excited to guest post here at The Taylor House today. Thanks so much, Chrissy, for sharing your blog with me. Chrissy always has creative ideas, delicious recipes and inspiring ideas; I feel lucky to be sharing this dessert with you all.

I love finding desserts that are easy to make, simple to customize for lots of different tastes & available ingredients, and fun to eat too! These sugar cookie ice cream cups fill the criteria. Sugar cookie cups even have been highlighted by Pillsbury in their bake-off contest as a million dollar winner!

Ingredients:
Sugar cookie dough (I used Pillsbury, you could also make your own)
ice cream & toppings
Yes, that is all you need! Here are photos of the steps I took to make these sweet little sundaes.
1. Roll the sugar cookie dough into balls and place in greased mini muffin tins. There is no need to push the dough or to form it into cup shapes, the dough does that during baking.

2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Some of the cups may be formed when you pull the muffin tin out of the oven, others will need a gentle poke with a wooden spoon to achieve that cup shape.

3. Allow the cups to cool completely then carefully remove them from the tin.

4. Add ice cream, whipped cream, fruit and toppings.

These cookie cups will please a crowd of kids and adults alike. Set them out on a dessert table with a variety of ice creams and toppings. It is a lot of fun to make (and eat) your own creations!

Thank you so much for sharing, Holly!
