Summer Reading Log Gift

My youngest son had a birthday party that he was invited to recently, the parents requested that not alot of gifts be brought.  I was also looking for a summer reading log for my kids and decided to put together this little gift!  I found the printable reading log and extras over at Simple As That.

I included a book, reading log with a pencil and a bag or “bookworms”.  So much fun!
I put together a set for my boys too, I am hoping they will track their summer reading better with these logs.
Enjoy!

  3. Hi Chrissy!
I hooked up with your twitter/blog through the Meet & Tweet and happy to be following along! I love your blog and all the fun creativity on here!

  4. Adorable! And, thanks to your posting of your end of the year teacher gift using the thirty one thermal lunch tote, I'll be taking to a baby shower tomorrow the following -

A thirty-ine Cheerful Elephant lunch tote (I think that's the pattern name, it's Something Elephant) filled with – bottles, spoons, and bowls (those 3 items all from her registry), a bib and either a washcloth or a small container of baby wipes – it's a lunch tote for the baby! Thank you so much for the idea – AND I won't have to wrap it (SCORE!) jut zip the tote shut, and attach some ribbon to the handles, and add a small notecard that will have a hole punched in the corner to thread the ribbon through. Keep the great ideas coming!
