Welcome back!  Our Christmas was wonderful and we are still enjoying time off of school and work.  Our house looks like a Lego factory threw up all over the living room but my boys are in heaven

Today, I have a delicious Baked Potato Soup Recipe to share with you. I made this recipe a couple weeks ago and we loved it.  It is a very creamy, cheesy potato soup.  The Dutch Oven Bread recipe that I shared last week goes perfectly with this soup!

  9. Do you have a scaled down version for the ingredients? I only live with my fiance so we don’t need that big of a crock pot’s worth, maybe just for a little bit of leftovers. This looks so amazing! I might make it this weekend! :)

  11. If you’re in a real time crunch….I think you could use frozen hash brown (diced-style) for the poatoes. I buy them in 2# bags at Koger.
