Monday Menu Plan

Happy Monday, everyone! We are starting at a –10 degree temperature today in Minnesota! At least my kids don’t have school so we can try not to leave the house too much.

This week’s menu is an easy one, my hubby is traveling part of the week and we are headed to Iowa on Friday. That makes menu making a little less involved.

Monday: Leftovers from weekend

Tuesday: Chicken Noodle Soup

Wednesday: Maid Rite & vegies

Thursday: Walking Tacos

Friday: Iowa

Saturday: Iowa

Sunday: Roast & Vegies
