If it didn’t have that piece behind it, don’t worry, you can still paint it. Just be sure to use a primer first. I painted the frame yellow, chalkboard on the oval, and there you go! This used to hang in my pantry, but it has found a new home in my laundry room. I’ll be posting about the progress in there soon.
