Chocolate Mint Parfait Recipe

In honor of St. Patrick’s day coming, I have been making a few mint recipes for my family.  You are going to LOVE this Chocolate Mint Parfait recipe today!  It is so easy and delicious, my boys inhaled them! They are very simple to make with layers of minty chocolate goodness.  I actually made a batch for a party that I had the other night and put them in mini parfait cups, perfect size for a ladies treat.

You simply layer all the ingredients together in your glass dish to make a cute parfait dessert.  I used Thin Mints, Cool Whip Frosting, and Fudge.
