Indoor Snowball Fight

We moved to Minnesota and there is no snow on the ground.  Seriously, none.  I figured we would have feet of snow by now and I should be freezing.  So, my little guy has been using my perfectly good printer paper and making snowballs to throw at us inside.  It is so cute, but that paper isn’t cheap!  So, I found this idea for an indoor snowball fight over at Next To Heaven.  And put a couple together for my boys.

They each have six snowballs in there little buckets that I picked up at the Target dollar spot.  They have had so much fun with these.  So, simple, cheap and tons of fun!

Making homemade snowballs out of yarn is simple, you find a small piece of cardboard to wind the yard around, then pull it off and tie it in the center.  Cut the loops of yarn to make a fuzzy snowball.
