Who’s ready to get their Spring Cleaning done but hate the idea of getting started? We have some awesome spring cleaning hacks that you need to know to help you get your house sparkly clean in no time at all!
The first thing I do before I ever start cleaning is to make myself a schedule of when I’ll do everything, I try to do one big job each day so that I don’t spend a week straight cleaning the house. This cleaning schedule is FREE for you to print out and use! Click here for the FREE Spring Cleaning Schedule!
I also try to stop by Walmart and grab all the cleaning supplies that I’ll need to get the house in tip-top shape.
Reach High Places
If you’re having trouble reaching those high places and you notice that they’re getting dirty, then just tie a towel to the end of the broom to dust those hard to reach areas. This helps me to get cobwebs out of the corners of the ceilings, on fans and all those other high hard to reach places!
Find an Amazing All-Purpose Cleaner
All-purpose cleaner is an easy and great way to make sure that almost every surface in your home is clean. It’s going to be your friend when it comes to cleaning because you will turn to it every time you need help scrubbing those tough spots.
We use Pine Sol because it powerfully cleans and deodorizes leaving a fresh clean scent. Plus it will cut through tough grease, grime, and dirt on multiple surfaces (cleans floors, sinks, counter, stoves, bathtubs, showers, tile, and more).
I put it in my cleaning caddy and I’m ready to tackle the whole house!
Keep Garbage Bags with You
I always keep garbage bags with me in my cleaning caddy, it makes it so much easier to just throw garbage in it instead of running back and forth to the garbage can!
Glad Trash Bags with Clorox Antimicrobial Odor Protection has a guaranteed strong hold with antimicrobial protection from odors around your home Glad Garbage Bags are incredibly strong with 3 layer drawstrings for easy and secure disposal.
Use Clorox Disinfecting Wipes
I carry these in my cleaning caddy too, they are great to wipe down light switch covers, door knobs, remotes and more. I like to keep a container in my car too because they’re convenient to use and just throw away.

Toilet Cleaning Tip
I use a Clorox Disinfecting Wipe and a screwdriver to get into the cracks of the toilet! It works like a charm!!
Shower Curtains Liners
Cleaning your shower curtain liner is super easy. Just toss it in the washing machine with a few towels. It will come out looking good as new. To dry, just hang it back up on the curtain rod and let it air dry. I use regular detergent to wash my shower curtain liner and it works great!
Easy Microwave Cleaning
Heat a coffee mug full of water in the microwave for about 5 minutes, let it cool enough that you don’t burn yourself and wipe down the inside of the microwave. This tip works great, it makes the microwave simple to clean!
Cleaning Vents Easily
This is another place where I use my Clorox Disinfecting Wipes, I place on a butter knife so that it can slide easily between the grills. So easy!!
