Can you use almond flour instead of wheat flour?
I’m not sure, I’ve never used almond flour so I don’t know if it acts the same? Sorry!
Made these for dinner tonight and the kids loved them. Threw in a bit of cinnamon, too. Yum!

The title of the article is “12 Deliciously Healthy Quinoa Recipes” but I only see one recipe. The pancakes sound awesome, but I would love to have the other 11 recipes!
Mmmm, looks delish! I may sub regular white flour for whole wheat and top with fresh blueberries and honey. Looking forward to trying these out with hubby since we’re eating healthier these days. I’m all for low-cal good-tasting eats 🙂
