Today’s recipe is one that my Aunt shared with me last weekend during our family cookie bake day. They are delicious but I don’t really know the name of them. So, we are calling them Peanut Butter Crispy Cookies.
Peanut Butter Crispy Cookies Peanut Butter Crispy Cookie
20 Days of Christmas Cookies/Treats. Day 11: Peanut Butter Crispy
Ingredients
- 1 pkg almond bark
- 2 T. peanut butter – crunchy or creamy
- 1.5 C rice crispies
- 1 C Spanish peanuts
Instructions
- Melt bark.
- Add Peanut Butter
- Stir in rest.
- I usually double the rice crispies.

Thanks for all of these recipes. We bake cookies with our church’s youth group every year for fundraising – of course you have to make all of the old standbys – but we like to do a few other types every year as well. We need something easy and yummy, and some of these will work great. Our baking day is coming up this Saturday. We start at 9 am and go until about 9 pm. Needless to say, by the end of the day I am not overly anxious to either see or eat a cookie anytime soon…….
