20 Days of Christmas Cookies/Treats. Day 18: Thin Mints.

December 22, 2012   |   5 Comments

thin mints

Happy Saturday!  I hope you are all enjoying the last couple days before Christmas.  We are starting our celebrations this evening!

Today’s cookie that I am sharing is one of the very easiest cookies I make each year.  There are only two ingredients and they taste so much like thin mints!

Ritz Crackers

Andes Mint Chips

Directions:

Melt Andes Mint chips and dip Ritz Crackers into the chocolate.  Add sprinkles on the top and let dry.  Enjoy!!
