30 Day No Soda Challenge

January 2, 2015   |   4 Comments

It’s certainly no secret that I LOVE my soda.  I don’t really eat a lot of sweets but I drink my fair share of them in the form of regular Soda Pop and just recently I’ve decided that I may have a problem.  It surely could be worse, but I don’t think there are many days that go by where I don’t have at least one 12-20 ounce Soda.  If I don’t, I end up tired and a headache sets in for the day, which leads me to believe that I’m addicted and need to stop the cycle.

I feel like I go through this a couple times each year, I give up the Soda for a couple days until I crave one and then I’m right back into the cycle of having one every single day.  This year I thought I would share my goal with everyone and see who wants to join in.  I know that my friend Ashley over at Quirky Inspired is going to fight the battle with me!

Check out my ideas below to help me stay on track!

Way to go-I seem to have the same issue as you where I give it up for a few days and then go back to it, so I’m now on day 3 and am drinking lots of crystal light fruit punch (1/2 pkg to my pitcher of water).

    Best of luck to you!

Good Luck with your challenge. I know I could never do it. I’m addicted to Pepsi!! I do drink water to but I don’t drink coffee tea or alcohol so I figure why not!! I know I should stop but it’s so hard. Good luck though.
