Thanksgiving Dinner is such an amazing meal and I think that everyone goes overboard on the amount of food they make or think they need. I have been blessed with the ability to make about three times the amount that I actually need, my Mom did this when I was growing up and I’m sure my Grandma did as well.
We always want to have enough for everyone, am I right? Good or bad, that’s the way it is and it usually means we have tons of leftovers! Turkey leftovers are the best part if you ask me, because you can use turkey in so many different ways. Of course you have to make Hot Turkey Sandwiches over mashed potatoes with gravy but then you need new material.
I found 6 Delicious Turkey Leftover Soup Ideas that I found from some amazing blogs. These recipes make me want to make a larger turkey so I have more leftovers. Seriously, they look that good!
