A neighborhood gift idea

December 16, 2011   |   5 Comments

My original plan was to make tins of cookies for our neighbors, but after making the Chocolate and Caramel sauces last month, I decided to gift those.  They are so easy to make and really yummy!!  Then I just fancy-fied the jars and a bag to deliver them in.  Super easy and a little different than the normal cookie tin that I usually do.  🙂
I added some crochet flowers on the top of a couple.
Used a few stamps and some fabric or cupcake paper for the tops.

On the bags I just tied the gift tags that I had made and applied a little flower that I made from cupcake paper as well.  Really easy but super fun to make.  If you haven’t tried the caramel sauce, it is amazing!!

On another note, I am getting really close to 100 followers!!  Yeah!!  Thank you everyone!!  I think I am going to try doing a giveaway as soon as I hit 100.  So, check back, hopefully soon!!  🙂

Sharing is caring!

This is such a great idea. The crocheted flower just tops it off…I love that homemade feel.
