How to make Oven Baked Eggs
- Ingredients You Need
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Shredded Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
Step 1 – Place 1/2 Tablespoon Butter in the bottom of a small ramekin
Step 2 – Break on egg into each ramekin
Step 3 – Pour 1 Tablespoon of heavy cream over the egg, add the salt, pepper and cheese
Step 4 – Fill the bottom of a square cake pan with 1 inch of water and place the ramekin into the water
Step 5 – Place the cake pan in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Add extra cheese if you like your eggs super cheesy like I do! Enjoy!
This is such a quick and easy breakfast idea. I love baked eggs! The inside of these eggs are slightly runny so they’re great for using toast with. Yum! Have you ever made baked eggs?
