- 6 Cups Beef Broth
- 2 Pounds Beef Stew Meat
- 1 Carton Mushrooms, diced or sliced
- 2 Cups Carrots, shredded
- 1 yellow Onion, diced
- 1 TBSP Garlic, Minced
- 1 tsp Parsley
- Green Pepper, diced (optional)
- Celery, diced (optional)
- Place all the ingredients together in a 6 Quart Slow Cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours. This is really hot when it’s done so I like to turn it to warm for about a half hour and let it cool slightly.
- If you’re not eating clean or on a low carb diet, you can add potatoes to this recipe as well.
