Caramel Apple Vanilla Cheesecake Bars

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
  • 3/4 Cup Cold Butter, cubed
  • 2 (8 oz.) Packages Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Rodelle Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 3 Medium Apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • Streusel Topping
  • 3/4 Cup Flour
  • 3/4 Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
  • 1/2 Cup Quick-Cooking Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Butter, cubed
  • 1/3 Cup Caramel Syrup

  2. Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  3. Step 2 – In a small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar
  4. Step 3 – Cut the butter into the brown sugar mixture until crumbly
  5. Step 4 – Press the crumble mixture into a well-greased 9×13 baking pan and bake for 15 minutes or until browned
  6. Step 5 – While the crust is baking, beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla in a stand mixer until smooth.
  7. Step 6 – Add the eggs to the cream cheese mixture on low speed, spread the mixture over the crust after it has baked
  8. Step 7 – In a small bowl mix the apples with the cinnamon and 2 Tablespoons of sugar and spoon it over the cream cheese layer
  9. Step 8 – Mix the flour, brown sugar, oats and butter together in a bowl until it'[s crumbly and sprinkle over the apple layer
  10. Step 9 – Bake for 30 minutes and drizzle with caramel topping. Enjoy!
