- 2 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Cup Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
- 3/4 Cup Cold Butter, cubed
- 2 (8 oz.) Packages Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Rodelle Vanilla
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 3 Medium Apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- Streusel Topping
- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 3/4 Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
- 1/2 Cup Quick-Cooking Oats
- 1/3 Cup Butter, cubed
- 1/3 Cup Caramel Syrup

- Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Step 2 – In a small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar
- Step 3 – Cut the butter into the brown sugar mixture until crumbly
- Step 4 – Press the crumble mixture into a well-greased 9×13 baking pan and bake for 15 minutes or until browned
- Step 5 – While the crust is baking, beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla in a stand mixer until smooth.
- Step 6 – Add the eggs to the cream cheese mixture on low speed, spread the mixture over the crust after it has baked
- Step 7 – In a small bowl mix the apples with the cinnamon and 2 Tablespoons of sugar and spoon it over the cream cheese layer
- Step 8 – Mix the flour, brown sugar, oats and butter together in a bowl until it'[s crumbly and sprinkle over the apple layer
- Step 9 – Bake for 30 minutes and drizzle with caramel topping. Enjoy!
