Cheese and Hashbrown Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Frozen Hashbrowns, shredded or cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Small Onion, Diced
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Directions for making Hamburger Casserole
  2. Step 1 – Heat the Olive oil in a skillet
  3. Step 2 – Add the onion to the oil and cook until they are translucent
  4. Step 3 – Add the ground beef to the onion and brown completely
  5. Step 4 – Mix the hashbrowns, cream of mushroom soup, milk and 1 cup of shredded cheese into the ground beef and mix together
  6. Step 5 – Place the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  7. Step 6 – Add the last 1/2 cup of shredded cheese to the top of the casserole for the last 10 minutes of baking. Enjoy!
