This Cheese Tortellini Chili was actually something we made early this year when it was still snowing but decided to wait and share it after the summer months. Now, looking back at the photos, I can’t wait to make it again and it was so stinking simple that I can throw it together in a hurry! If you forget to put it in the slow cooker, you could easily make this cheese tortellini chili on the stove top too.

We ended up with left overs and I decided to stick them in the freezer and it froze and reheated well. It was super yummy and I enjoyed it for lunch several days!
