Chocolate Almond Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rodelle Baking Cocoa
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoons Rodelle Almond Extract
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

  2. Step 1 – In a medium bowl (I use my Stand Mixer) mix together the Cocoa, sugar and vegetable oil until it’s well combined
  3. Step 2 – Add the eggs, one at a time
  4. Step 3 – Add the Almond Extract to the batter
  5. Step 4 – In a second bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt together
  6. Step 5 – Slowly mix the flour mixture into the cocoa mixture until it’s well combined. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight
  7. Step 6 – Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees, using a small cookie scoop make cookie dough balls and roll them in the powdered sugar
  8. Step 7 – Bake on a Cookie Sheet lined with parchment paper or Silpat for 12 minutes. Enjoy!
