My boys and I were so lucky to be at Sam’s Club during an International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee demonstration! I think you guys already know that I am a HUGE iced coffee fan! So, I was so excited to get to have a little treat while I was shopping! After I had my Iced coffee, I knew I HAD to have some more for at home! You can see our shopping trip over HERE!
Here is what I picked up, I had an idea for a yummy treat!
I decided to make a new cupcake and drink to have as a treat!
First, I wanted to create a yummy Summer Mocha Float.
Here is what I used:
International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee
Coffee House Caramel Macchiato Creamer
Ice Cream
Land O Lakes Whipped Cream
Caramel Sauce
Chocolate Coffee Beans
I started out by putting some Ice Cream in the bottom of my glass. Then I added about a cup of the Mocha Iced Coffee and a half cup of the Caramel Macchiato Creamer. On top I put some Whipped topping, caramel drizzle and a chocolate covered coffee bean.
It is delicious!!
Here is my cupcake recipe!
- 1 (18.25-oz) Chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup International Delight Caramel Macchiato liquid creamer
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line two cupcake pans with liners. Mix all ingredients together and fill your liners to 3/4 way full.
Bake for 22 minutes or until done.
After the cupcakes have cooled had your whipped cream when you are ready to eat, drizzle with caramel sauce and add a chocolate coffee bean!
This was such a yummy summer treat! I am going to make them again for a party with some friends!
