Chocolate Chip Energy Bites with Edamame



  • 1 Cup Quick Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Sunshine Edamame Blend, chopped


  1. Step 1 – Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl
  2. Step 2 – Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or until it’s firmed up a bit
  3. Step 3 – Take a teaspoon of the mixture and form into a ball, this recipe made about 20 Bites
  4. Step 4 – I stuck the chocolate chip energy bites back in the fridge after I made them so they firmed up some more but you can eat them right away. Enjoy!
