Cookie’s Kids Winter Wardrobe Makeover! #Cbias #CookiesKids

Are your kids like mine?  Growing like weeds?

I feel like I just bought my oldest son a bunch of new clothes right before Christmas for all the special holiday events we had.  I spent a lot, probably too much.  Definitely too much after I have seen how fast he out grew them!  His pants are too short and he can’t button the fly any more because they are too tight.  He is a ten year old growing boy who doesn’t care what type of clothes I buy him, he says.  Except wait, when I bring home a bag a outfits he doesn’t like them!  Go Figure!

Deciding that I would need to break down and buy him some new jeans, I remember back in the spring when I had used Cookie’s Kids when I purchased Looking Good with CookieKids for my little guy.  This is a great option for us because my son can help pick out the outfits he wants without having to go shopping.  I guess shopping with Mom when you are 10 just isn’t fun any more!  If you haven’t tried Cookieskids.com, I would highly recommend trying it out.  The clothing is really great quality and the prices are very reasonable.

After visiting Cookie’s Kids, I knew right away that they had several items that would work because their site was so easy to navigate.  I was quickly able to find the Escapism Jeans that I liked and my son approved.

Do you see that little orange box that says “Alva Kids”?  That is an amazing feature!  It will tell you approximately what size you should buy in that piece of clothing for your child!  You just fill in the questions and it helps you figure it out!

After we had ordered, our shipment showed up in less than a week.  That’s a pretty quick delivery and my son wanted to try out his new outfit right away!

He has gotten to the age of wanting to have the rugged jean look.  Although, my younger son tells him they are already worn out, the big guy loves the look.  I’m ok with them too, because they fit so much better!!

Cookie’s Kids also has name brand clothing!  He picked out these fun Puma socks to go with his new outfit.

And what 10 year old boy’s outfit isn’t complete without a fun cool Skull shirt!

He thinks he is pretty hot stuff because he has such an awesome new outfit!  Mom is pretty happy too, because I was able to get this outfit at such a reasonable price! You can see our entire shopping experience on Google +.

Cookie’s Kids has stores in the NYC  area  Bronx, Brooklyn & Jamaica, as well as online! I can’t wait to shop there again, you can also find cool brand names like Northface Backpack and Baby Phat Clothing.  Did you know Cookie’s Kids is celebrating their 40th year of business?!  You can connect with them on Facebook and Twitter.

I love cookie’s kids, I got Christmas dress shirts for my boys along with new sweatshirts all for under $30, thankfully it didn’t break the bank because I know they will outgrow the sweatshirts before Spring arrives

My son seems to never stop growing! We just got him all 4T clothing and now it’s starting to look like needs the length of 5T already. Love the Cookies Kids selection though. I’ll have to do a little shopping this weekend.

That is awesome – I never buy kids clothes (well ANY clothes) only cause I am always afraid they wont fit. That sizing guide looks awesome.

Yeah, he looks good in his new outfit! I love letting my kids pick from the Cookie’s website because it is all so reasonable. They don’t have to know that their outfit didn’t break the bank.
