Crab and Cream Cheese Bites

September 24, 2012   |   5 Comments

Crab and Cream Cheese Bites
This is such a yummy recipe!  I ran across it over at
The Kurtz Corner
and had to give them a try.  If you are going to make them be sure to make LOTS they go fast! They are quick and easy appetizers that do not take a lot of your time.
Party Appetizers with Crab Meat
Crab and Cream Cheese Bites
5 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Mayo
2 sticks imitation crab meat, diced (about 1/4 cup)
3 stalks green onion, diced
Garlic Powder to taste
1 box Filo cup shells
duck sauce for dipping

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onion and garlic powder. Fold in shredded crab meat until well combined. Fill each Filo cup with mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes.

Enjoy!
