How to create an Organized Coffee Station

How to create an organized coffee station

How to create an organized coffee station.

Do you love coffee as much as I do?  Starting your morning with a hot cup of coffee to really kick start your day is something I look forward to.  But, if you are like me you stumble down the stairs with your eyes half open, then dig through the cabinet and drawer to find your coffee and mug.  Sometimes things are where you left them, sometimes not. Have you ever thought of creating an organized coffee station?

I thought creating a coffee station would be a good way to get my mornings off to a great start and a little less stress.  Having everything that I need in one location.

How do you start making your coffee station?  Think about a hotel, what do they put out in their coffee station?  They have everything you need so try to start their.

You will first start with your coffee machine, mine is a Keurig that I treated myself to for my past birthday.  I love it!  I can make a variety of coffee, tea, hot cocoa or just hot water.  You can see that I have my coffee put on a pull out drawer that holds all my different coffee flavors. I did have a basket full of the coffee’s but I like the drawer much better.

Next, I have a tray beside my coffee pot with sugar, artificial sweetener and spoons.  I found this cute little tray at Target and it matches the curtains in my kitchen! I used a creamer pitcher to hold my spoons for stirring.

In the cabinet above the coffee pot is all my mugs, some extra tea, chocolate covered coffee beans, biscotti cookies and higher up is the travel coffee mugs. I love having everything in one location!

I love my coffee station and it makes my mornings run so much smoother!  Plus, it’s so handy for overnight guests too!  They can see and find the coffee supplies so easily!

I’m not sure what I did before I had a coffee station. I’m not sure how I lived without a Keurig either! I guess it’s the little things, huh?! Thanks for your post. I enjoyed looking at it!

Hi Chrissy, I saw your great coffee station over at the Link Party at Uncommon Designs, wanted to stop by and say hello and tell you I also love the drawer under your Keurig! This is a really great tip to keep the MOST important part of the morning neat and organized. Thanks for the inspiration to try to get my morning “filling station” a little more together!
