Deck Decor Done White

I think I've mentioned a time or two that we just built a beautiful new home. I've shared a lot of inside posts about the kitchen and bathroom but I haven't had the chance to share anything outside until now.

We just finished the deck on the back side of the house and of course as soon as it was done, I was ready to start decorating and making it ready for entertaining!

Our house is a dark dark grey color with bright white trim. I love the contrast of the two colors and when it came to finding a table and chairs, I knew that white would stand out and look the best next to the house.

Tips for Decorating a Deck

Add Color - Just like in a living room or bedroom, add a pop of color We used pillows, napkins and plates that are a beautiful red color and accented the white table and grey siding beautifully!

Use Candles - Lighting candles at night outside is really beautiful. We have the flameless candles that we use all over outside!

Greenery or Flowers - Just like the color and candles, adding greenery really warms up a space and makes it feel more inviting.
