Delta In2ition Two-in-One Hand Held Shower

June 17, 2013   |   3 Comments

I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Delta Faucets. I received a product sample and promotional item as a thank you for participating.

My husband and I are big DIY people.  We have purchased, fixed up and rented out three homes over the last year together.  We love doing everything from bathrooms to siding and putting the extra touches on a home to make it special is the icing on the cake.  Those things like light fixtures and shower faucets are the pieces that make a house stand out from all the others.

I am participating in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Delta Faucets so we had the chance to do some updating on our own home! My husband was very helpful and even let me video tape him installing the new shower head with directions for everyone to use!

We love our new shower head!  My favorite part is the removable showerhead.  With three different settings, I always find the perfect stream of water that I am looking for.  It is not only awesome for using while you shower but it is fabulous for cleaning in all the little cracks of the shower as well!  How great is that?!

Installing the Delta In2ition showerhead was pretty simple.  First, we had to remove the existing showerhead by simply unscrewing the old head with a pair of pliers if needed.

Apply new plumbers Teflon tape to the threads of the shower stem in the direction that the new showerhead will tighten, this is to prevent any water leaks.

Next, screw on the new Delta showerhead and tighten with pliers.  Install the handshower and you are finished!  It’s really that easy!

Watch our video below for a step by step vision guide on instillation.

Be sure to read my first Delta Mom Ambassador #WomansIn2ition post to see our old shower head and why we decided to replace it.

The house we’re renting now has the handheld part, and I’d been thinking we need that in our house we’re moving back to in WA…glad to know the installation is simple enough to DIY!
