Homemade Double Chocolate Brownies

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/4 Cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Rodelle Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 2 14 Cups Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

  2. Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and greas a 9×13 pan
  3. Step 2 – In a large bowl beat the eggs, cocoa, salt, baking powder and vanilla together until it’s fully combined and smooth
  4. Step 3 – In a medium bowl, melt the butter in the microwave
  5. Step 4 – Add the sugar to the melted butter and stir well
  6. Step 5 – Add the butter mixture to the egg mixture and stir until smooth.
  7. Step 6 – Add the flour and chocolate chips to the batter and stir well
  8. Step 7 – Spread the batter into the prepared pan
  9. Step 8 – Bake the brownies for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
  10. Step 9 – Cool and enjoy!
