Easy Low Carb Keto Chili

1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Sausage
1/2 Onion
2 12 oz cans Diced Tomatoes
1 6 oz Tomato Paste
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 Red Pepper, chopped
1 Yellow Pepper, chopped
1 Pound Mushrooms, chopped
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, optional
1 Avocado, optional



In a large pot, add oil over medium heat. Add onions, peppers, mushrooms and cook until translucent.
Next, add the ground beef and sausage and cook until browned.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, chilis and seasonings.
Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
Add ¼ cup water if you’d like your chili with more liquid.
Serve warm with cheese and avocados
