Easy May Day May Basket Ideas
Do your kids make and deliver a May Basket to each friend and neighbor around your block? This is a tradition that we started when my boys were very little. They love the ideas of filling a cup, basket or bucket with lots of candy and dropping them at the neighbors door as a little May Day Gift.
Making a May Day basket could be as simple as adding popcorn and M&M's to a paper cup with a little Happy May Day Note. Or you could get crazy and create fancy baskets full of candy, flowers, and lots of goodies. Either way, making a May Basket is a fun project that you can do with your kids and surprise neighbors with.
Here is the May Basket that we made last year on May Day. It was a fun little basket that was very easy to make but looked adorable. We made them for my boys teachers too.
