- Chicken Breasts ( I used chicken tender pieces)
- Green Pepper
- Red Pepper
- Any other Vegetables you want to include
- Fajita Mix or Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup of water
- Place all the ingredients into the Crockpot and set on low for 4-6 hours.
- When you are about ready to eat, I use a fork and shred up my chicken in the crockpot.
- Add sour cream, cheese and what ever other fixings your family loves and enjoy!
