Easy Snack Organization Ideas

July 24, 2014   |   2 Comments

I shopped savvy using Walmart Savings Catcher, as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars #SavingsCatcher

Can I ever have enough food on hand for my boys?  It’s doubtful, but at least they’re old enough they can get the snacks themselves with a little bit of planning ahead on my part.  I’ve found that whether it’s during the school year or summer, having a snack station ready to go makes our lives so much easier.

My kids know right where to go when they’re hungry and need a snack that I’ve already packaged up or have ready to go for them.  It’s so handy!

Now keeping it filled up is another challenge,  but at least I know that when I shop with the Walmart Savings Catcher, I’m able to get the best deals on nationally branded grocery items like snack foods and beverages.

How to make an Easy Snack Organization Station

Our kitchen has a large pantry type cabinet with a pull out shelf at the bottom.  I’ve found that using that shelf has been the easiest for making an easy snack organization area.  I grabbed a few bins and containers from Walmart the last time I was there to help get everything put in it’s place.

We have a large bin at the back that’s filled with drink options, a bin towards the front with snacks that need to be shared and three Better Homes and Garden clear containers with prepackaged snacks.  It’s perfect for the guys!

Of course, I thought I should label the bins, just in case there was any doubt that these were snacks.  You know how it is.

More Information about Walmart Savings Catcher

If you haven’t heard of the Walmart Savings Catcher, let me tell you how it works.  You’re going to love how easy this is!  All you have to do, after you shop at Walmart simply log on to the Walmart Saving Catcher website and enter your receipt number.  They do the work for you then by scanning for local top competitors to find the best prices.  If the Savings Catcher finds a lower price, you get the difference in the form of an egift card! How awesome is that?!

Kind of makes shopping for deals a lot easier!
