 I was provided with samples to facilitate this review, but all opinions below are my own and I only share products that I think my readers will enjoy!

Since the beginning of the year, I've been trying to incorporate more healthy eating and exercise into my life.  I have to admit that sitting all day long blogging or making delicious recipes to blog about has not been the best for my health or waist line.

I was pretty excited when I came across Evolution Fresh at Starbucks because it's such an easy addition that I can make to my day that will really benefit me!

Evolution Fresh has a new campaign going on called #3DaystoGreen where you drink one Evolution Fresh each day for three days.  This was such an easy way to kick start my healthy habits that I wanted to begin this year!

  1. I got away from cooking and taking my supplements, but this year I decided to stop that bad behavior. So, I'm cooking more and taking my supplements.

  2. I eat a lot more fruit than I used to. I try to prepare it when I have free time so I can easily grab a bag of something on the go.

  3. I've cut out soda from my diet and have been soda free for two months. Now I'm trying to limit my sugar intake and incorporate more veggies.

  4. I've cut out soda and I'm drinking water! It's been about a month now. As soon as we have a little warmer weather, I hope to get out & walk some more. My male doxie & I could both stand to lose a few pounds & he loves to go on walks!

  5. We have a family hike the first Sunday of the month(grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins); everyone outside together! We eat mostly healthy but we're in a rut of the same old things. So, we are attempting to expand our choices by incorporating 2-3 new options a week. Everyone has to try.

  6. I've been learning yoga. I tried taking a class but wasn't comfortable so I got an application that has lessons and I've been doing well with it. I've also been eliminating junk food. Each time I go to the grocery store I cut out a junk food that I used to always get. It's not been easy but I feel a lot less sluggish! Also I've been working towards healthier personal care items, making my own deodorant and body scrubs.
    These juices sound delish! Would make a great substitute for one of my junk foods! Thanks for bringing them to our attention!

  7. I am 52 and am trying to take back my youth! I'm working on quitting smoking and I don't want to gain weight in the process which I understand is one of the biggest downfalls. I would love to give this a try;)
