- 3 Cups Fresh Blueberries (Frozen would work for this too)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Gluten Free Oats
- 1 TBSP Almond Flour
- 1 TBSP Honey or Agave
- Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Next, mix the blueberries and lemon juice together in an 8×8 baking dish. Using a small bowl mix the oats, almond flour and honey together before sprinkling it over the blueberries. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is browned.
