Gluten Free Blueberry Crisp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Fresh Blueberries (Frozen would work for this too)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Gluten Free Oats
  • 1 TBSP Almond Flour
  • 1 TBSP Honey or Agave

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Next, mix the blueberries and lemon juice together in an 8×8 baking dish. Using a small bowl mix the oats, almond flour and honey together before sprinkling it over the blueberries. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is browned.
