Good Hands for Good Life #GoodLife

June 5, 2013   |   Leave a Comment

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Allstate for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Creating the “Good Life” can sometimes be difficult… From difficulties in finances to arguments with family members, life can definitely throw you curve balls. I’m a firm believer in the fact that the good life is not from what life can give to you, but to what you can make out of your life!

It’s summer time, so there are lots of ways to celebrate the Allstate Good Life, and do the things that we all love. Contentment is the goal for most of us, and while it isn’t always easily accomplished, we all spend a lot of time trying to push off the stressors of life, to find the best in ourselves, and contentment for ourselves, and our families. That isn’t always easy, though. We are human, and there are lots of ways we can anger each other, but if you stick to the notion of never allowing the sun rise on our anger, we can finally get past some of the silliest reasons for being angry, and finally get on with the goal of contentment and happiness.

Allstate has started the Good Hands for the Good Life. Their goal is to become a voice of optimism and celebration, rather than one of fear. Their newest commercial talks about the facts that risks are everywhere, but we, as customers, and people shouldn’t let those risks hold us back from doing the things that we love. Allstate works everyday to help build more good in the lives of their customers. They also believe that the notion of the Good Life is inherently social. They want to be an insurance company who creates more good versus taking care of the bad.

I know that we’re all busy this summer, but let’s let Allstate remind us that the Good Life is out there waiting for us, we just have to find it, and give in to it. Do you have any moments of the Good Life that you’d like to share?
