  • 2 1/2 Cups Water, warm
  • 3 1/2 Teaspoons Rapid Rise Yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Raisins, optional
  • 5 1/2 Cups Flour

  2. Step 1 – In your stand mixer, mix all of the ingredients together.
  3. Step 2 – Divide the dough into two well greased loaf pans and let rise until it has doubled in size
  4. Step 3 – Bake at 350 Degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
