Guest Bathroom Decor

March 28, 2012   |   6 Comments

Let me start by saying, this bathroom was already amazing when we bought the house.  The people who finished the basement did a spectacular job and paid such attention to detail.  I wish that this was the master bathroom!!
I wanted to share some of the really beautiful details and the decor that I added to the room.
Here is the vanity!  Isn’t it amazing?!  I love the antiqued cream color and the legs of the piece are absolutely perfect!!   The light fixtures on the sides of the mirror are gorgeous, and they are on a dimmer.  It is soo pretty dimming the lights as a nightlight for guests.

It is so easy to decorate with Black and White, there really are so many options.  The top of the vanity has changed decor several times already and we have only been in the house for
seven months.  🙂
This floor is to die for!  It is Black Marble HEATED tile! Seriously, love it!  And, it really isn’t that hard to keep clean.
The Shower curtain is from Target.
 Look at these legs!  LOVE!!
 Towels and soaps for guests.

The picture on the wall I picked up at a second hand store and the bench from Good Will a couple years ago.  It was pretty rough, I painted it and recovered the top.  It ended up fitting in perfectly with the decor in the bathroom!
I love this bathroom so much!  If it wasn’t in the basement, it would be my personal bathroom.  But, I am so glad to be able to provide a little something nice for our guests.  🙂
