Healthy Egg Breakfast #SimpleStart

January 20, 2014   |   7 Comments

I was given a free one month subscription to Weight Watchers to try their new Simple
Start plan and write about my experience.Though I was compensated for my time and
commitment, all views, positive and negative, are my own.

Can you believe it’s been two weeks since I decided to try the Weight Watchers Simple Start program? Let me give you the run down on how it went.  You can pop over and read my first post about why I decided to try Simple Start, if you’d like to know all the details but the short of it is that I want to try and eat healthier.

To be honest, eating healthier scares me, because I like food with flavor and I had convinced myself that healthy food tastes terrible without all the butter, creams and sauces.  This last three weeks has completely changed my feelings on healthy food.  Completely!

Not only have I been able to find healthier meal options with Simple Start but they are simple to make!  How much better than that can it get?  I’ve been able to add more fruits and vegetables to give my meals their flavor and make them healthier options!

Like this simple Healthy Egg Breakfast, which is easy to make and has such a light and delicious taste that will get your morning started off right!

It doesn’t get much easier then a recipe like this one and it’s healthy and delicious on top of being simple to make! These are the types of things that Simple Start has shown me and made introducing healthy eating into my life.  You see, it’s not just about loosing weight,it’s about finding a way to make easy life changes that are easy to stick with.

Instead of grabbing coffee and a boxed cereal in the morning, I can make an option like this egg breakfast in a matter of minutes and I’ll be far better off.

If you have thought about trying Weight Watchers but are hesitant because of counting points or figuring points, the Simple Start program could not be easier to get you started!  Check it out and see for yourself today!

Not only a good breakfast, but a great lunch, just put Dijon mustard on the bread & finish off with an apple

Chrissy – I also struggle with breakfast – many times I end up skipping (I know, my bad!). This is a quick and easy option – gonna give it a try! Thanks for the idea!
