When I got my Cricut, I think I was a little worried that I wasn’t going to be able to figure out how to use it. But, let me tell you, it was really easy and if I can do it – anyone can! It’s really just a matter of opening the box, plugging it in, and downloading the Plug in and then you’re set to go!
I made these recipe cards and a cute little Hello card in a matter of minutes! I ended up making some homemade granola and thought it would be a fun little Mother’s Day gift for a friend, I added a cute recipe card with the recipe along with it. You can find the recipe for the granola below.

How to Make Berry Homemade Granola
Ingredients You Need
3 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup assorted dehydrated strawberries, cranberries, raisins
Instructions
Step 1 – Preheat your oven to 300 degrees
Step 2 – Line your baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 3 – Mix together the oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon, and ginger in a bowl
Step 4 – In a saucepan, stir the honey, oil and brown sugar over low until it’s smooth
Step 5 – Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and mix well
Step 6 – Spread on the baking sheet
Step 7 – Bake until it’s golden, stir every 10 minutes – this took me about 50 minutes.
Step 8 – Let cool before mixing in the fruit. Enjoy!
