Keep them in top winter form with this Honey Lemon Homemade Lip Balm that not only tastes yummy but it really works to condition your lips and soothe them. Honey Lemon Homemade Lip Balm
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
- 2 tsp. shea butter
- 2 tsp.beeswax granules
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. raw honey
- 2 drops lemon essential oil
Directions:
Combine shea butter, beeswax granules, and coconut oil in a small pan over medium-low heat. Stir mixture frequently with a whisk until fully melted.
Remove it from heat and stir in lemon juice, honey, and essential oil.
Spoon mixture into small makeup pots-glass is best.
Let it sit for several hours until firm, you can speed this up by placing them in the refrigerator.
Keep them in a cool dry place, if left somewhere too warm (like a hot car) your lip balm will liquefy.
