- 12 oz. Orzo Pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 small Red Onion, diced
- 1 Cucumber, diced
- 1 Cup Feta Cheese
- 1 Cup Italian Dressing
- Mix all your ingredients together in a large bowl so that all the Orzo and vegetables are coated in the Italian dressing. You can add more or less dressing depending on how you like your salads! Chill in the refrigerator and enjoy!
