We celebrated Labor Day by having a little BBQ with some neighbors. My kids start school tomorrow so this was really the last big summer party! We made some yummy grilled burgers and LOTS of salads and desserts!
When I started preparing for the get together, I went over to Beef It’s What’s for Dinner.com and looked up some new recipes. You can find out how to prepare your meat for cooking and get tips on what the best marinades and rubs are to bring out the flavor of your beef. There are cooking lessons including how to grill, stir-fry, skillet cook, oven broil, and roast your beef to perfection. There is such a selection so if you are looking for some new recipes to try, I would recommend checking out their site!
Here is an awesome infographic on how to prepare beef.
These are the yummy burgers that I made. You can find the recipe that I used {I added some cheese} over HERE.
I set up a counter with the buns, burger fixings, and I use a crockpot to put the grilled meat in to keep warm until we are ready to eat it. I love doing this so that we are able to do most of the grilling before the party and not during.
I also decorated with some fun summery colors!
Here is a collage of some of the decorations and party supplies that we used for our BBQ.
Here are some of the other yummy foods that we had! I have several new recipes to share with you in the upcoming days!
You can find the fun printables that I used over at THIS site.

I wrote this review while participating in a In Home Party campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association and received product samples to facilitate my party and review, and a promotional item to thank me for participating.
