I think everyone knows that my family and I live in that wickedly cold state of Minnesota. The winters are painfully long and usually by December we’re starting to plan our winter getaway to a warmer part of the world.
If I let my boys be involved in picking out the vacation spot, we always go to Florida! Every Time! I was lookin up information and found an adorable new place that I want to pack my backs and jet off to asap!

Gulf County Florida has to be one of the most beautiful and peaceful looking vacation destinations that I’ve seen. My boys, hubby and myself love the idea of a vacation where we can relax but still have opportunities to get out and be active on the days we want to, Gulf County seems like the perfect fit for this!
I love that there’s a Welcome Home Reception in January to welcome new and returning visitors alike to this amazing destination! Plus, there’s a Sunset Cruise that I think would be an a amazing date with my hubby! It looks so beautiful!

Oh, I wish I could be a snowbird. I live in a Chicago suburb, and the winters are just horrible.
I can’t even begin to tell you how badly I want to get to the beach. I love it all the time but, while it is freezing here, I would love to be able to walk on the beach in Florida.
