Did you happen to see my post last week about the Gluten Free products from Udi’s that I’ve been trying? I shared a delicious Tuna and Cheese Melt on Gluten Free Bread that was to die for!
Today I have another exciting treat for you, if you’re on a Gluten Free Diet and thought the chances of having Pizza again were slim to none then I have something you are going to love! This Margherita Pizza is on a Gluten Free Pizza Crust and it tastes amazing! You can find the recipe below on how to make it!
How to Make Margherita Pizza
Ingredients You Need
- Udi’s Pizza Crust (or if you are not on a Gluten Free diet you can make our Homemade Pizza Crust Recipe)
- Fresh Tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Red Onions
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Fresh Ball of Mozzarella Cheese (slices)
- Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh Basil
Step 1 – Brush Olive Oil over the Udi’s Pizza Crust
Step 2 – Top with shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Step 3 – Slice your tomatoes and place on top of the cheese
Step 4 – Next add your Red onion
Step 5 – Place large slices of Mozzarella cheese on next and then top with Parmesan Cheese
Step 6 – Add the Basil that is freshly cut on top of everything
Step 7 – Bake for 10 minutes in a 400 degree oven and enjoy!
Margherita Pizza is one of my all time favorite pizza’s, and on this thin crunchy Udi’s Pizza Crust, it’s perfect!
