Martha Stewart Glass Paint from Plaid Review #marthaglass

September 14, 2012   |   2 Comments

Have you seen the Martha Stewart Glass Paint Line from Plaid?  These are a really cool product and I can think of so many projects to use them for.
First, Look at all the amazing cool options that are available as well as the different finishes including gloss, satin, frosted etc.

There are alot of different tools that help you to create your projects too.

Here are step by step instructions on how to use Martha Stewart Glass Paint on a Large Glass Laundry Detergent Jar.

1.  Place your stencil in the place that you would like to paint.  The stencils are sticky so you do not need to worry about them moving on the jar while you are painting, plus they are reusable.

 2.  Pick your paint color and dab it onto the stencil.  I used two coats of paint on my projects.

3.  Peal the stencil off before the paint dries.  This is a key step, otherwise you take the paint off with the stencil.

 4.  Use your new creation!  This is a jar of powdered laundry detergent that I have in my Laundry room.  I really like the red paint color with my red lamp.

There are so many different projects that you could use the Martha Stewart Glass Paint by Plaid on, I can’t wait to continue to create and share my creations! These paints are available at Michael’s if you are interested in giving them a try!

You can connect with Plaid on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

This is so cute. I can't think of a more cheerful accent for the laundry room!

Such a great idea! I love moving things like laundry detergent into cute containers. Makes them more fun to use! 😀
