Meal Planning Made Easy and Giveaway

My weeks always run so much smoother when I have a meal plan in place for the family. It only takes me a few minutes to sit down and think about what I'm going to make and then create my grocery list off of the menu. Here is an example of one of our weeks along with a delicious new recipe that I created last week!

Our Meal Plan for the week:
Monday - We had planned to have Jumbo Shrimp and Salads until I found this recipe for Shrimp-Stuffed Twice Baked Potatoes and that quickly became our meal!
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Chili
Wednesday: Homemade Pizza
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Buffalo Shrimp Sandwich with Blue Cheese - check out the recipe below!

How to Make Buffalo Shrimp Sandwich
Ingredients You Need
- 1 Package of SeaPak Jumbo Shrimp
- 8 Tablespoons Butter
- ½ Cup Hot Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- French Baguette
- Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Spinach Leaves
Instructions
Step 1 - Bake the SeaPak Jumbo Shrimp according to the instructions
Step 2 - I cut the tails off the shrimp
Step 3 - Mix together the melted butter, hot sauce and salt in a bowl before adding the shrimp, toss until covered well
Step 4 - Toast your baguette in the oven on broil before building your sandwich with the blue cheese and spinach. Enjoy!
You could add a little more of the buffalo sauce if you want or I ended up using a little ranch dressing on mine and it was amazing!

This was an amazing sandwich for dinner and I ended up making it again for myself at lunch too.
