Must Have Items For Your Purse

Do you remember that time you were out grocery shopping and got a call to meet a girl friend for lunch? Â Not planning to really “see” anyone you didn’t look all that lovely.
Or that time you were at a party and one of your contacts ripped leaving you to decide if you take the other one out and go completely blind or chance getting a headache and wear one contact.
What about that time you had an amazing burger that was loaded with pickles and onions for lunch and then realize you need to stop and pick up your kids at the school with some nasty smelling breath. Â Oh, boy!
This happened to me LOTS and I finally smartened up and decided I needed to keep a few things on hand in my purse at ALL times. Like, NEVER leave the house without these item! Trust me!
Essentials to Keep on Hand in Your Purse
Trident Gum – This is by far the number one item you need to have at all times. Â Trust me guys, there is nothing worse than having to talk with someone face to face after you have that garlic and onion goodness for lunch. Â Not to mention that Trident has some awesome gum that helps whiten your teeth too. Â WIN!
Cosmetics – You could go all out and carry your entire cosmetic bag, but I have just a couple items that live in my purse at all times. Â I am never without my lip gloss, a mini mascara and eyeliner. Â Plus some type of Chap Stick is always in my bag too. Â These couple items help me freshen up my make up in a hurry.
Extra Contacts – I have two extra contacts in my bag, one for each eye. Â These are for emergency situations when I tear one when I’m out and about and don’t want to be left blinded to try and drive home. Â NOT GOOD!
Mirror – You need this to check your touch up make up or to make sure you’re not still saving some of your lunch in your teeth.
Extra Sunglasses – I always always have an extra pair in my bag, these are a necessity for me to drive in the sun.
There’s a few other items that I carry that aren’t in this photo – like nail clippers, pain killer, eye drops and there’s probably more that I’m forgetting. Â But you get the idea – make a little kit for your bag to keep all your necessities on hand so you’re never stuck in an embarrassing situation.
Trident is the gum that I always have on hand, you’re never find my bag without it!
