Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 Cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 1 1/2 Cup Quick Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Wheat Germ
  • 1/4 Cup Raw Almonds
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix the Rice Krispies, Quick Oat, Wheat Germ and Almonds together in a medium bowl
  2. In a small saucepan bring the honey and brown sugar to a boil for 60 seconds
  3. Remove the sugar and honey mixture from the heat and mix in the peanut butter and vanilla
  4. Pour over the Rice Krispies Mix and be sure to mix everything together well, let cool for 10 minutes
  5. Mix in the chocolate chips
  6. Place a layer of parchment paper in the bottom of a 9×13 cake pan and press the mixture into the pan
  7. Cut the Granola Bars into 1 inch by 4 inch pieces that look like Granola Bars. Enjoy!
