Ingredients
- 2 1/3 Cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 1 1/2 Cup Quick Oats
- 1/4 Cup Wheat Germ
- 1/4 Cup Raw Almonds
- 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2/3 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
- Mix the Rice Krispies, Quick Oat, Wheat Germ and Almonds together in a medium bowl
- In a small saucepan bring the honey and brown sugar to a boil for 60 seconds
- Remove the sugar and honey mixture from the heat and mix in the peanut butter and vanilla
- Pour over the Rice Krispies Mix and be sure to mix everything together well, let cool for 10 minutes
- Mix in the chocolate chips
- Place a layer of parchment paper in the bottom of a 9×13 cake pan and press the mixture into the pan
- Cut the Granola Bars into 1 inch by 4 inch pieces that look like Granola Bars. Enjoy!
