Hey, guys! I know it’s been a little while since I’ve updated you on our Nutrisystem journey and I thought it was time to give you the latest on our progress!
I can’t wait to share the after photos of my hubby with you in a few short weeks because he’s lost 18 pounds already! Seriously! He is hard core and sticks never cheats. I can barely get him to go out to eat any more because he wants to enjoy his Nutrisystem all the time! No joke! He’s doing amazing with it!
My progress is a little bit slower, I guess it’s because I sample things when I’m baking and cooking recipes for the blog. I can fluctuate between having a 5 pound weight loss and a 8 pound weight loss. Still good but not at good as my hubbies.
I have started the Couch to 5K program as well and I’m in the second week of walk/jogging. It’s actually not that bad either! I’m excited to see how pairing the two together will change the weight loss.
My goal going into this week is to increase my water intake and I’d like to start doing sit ups, planks, etc. to help a bit more with my “muffin top” Ha!
In other news, my in-laws have started Nutrisystem too because they’re seeing such a huge success in my hubby! They’re in their first week and started with the Fast 5 just like we did! I can’t wait to see how it goes for them!
